Position is full-time exempt (salaried) working as a Training Operational Support located in Norfolk, Virginia. Responsibilities include oversight and coordination of all operational aspects of training and training support for HUMINT tradecraft training to include the Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC) and the Defense HUMINT Overt Strategic Operations Course (DOSOC). Candidate also serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Assesses training and project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring training progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staffing, and budget and training support. Manage and resolve all issues related to the levels and quality of performance versus the requirements. Duties and responsibilities include; task activities to meet client and corporate work objectives; assuring quality of task products, services, and deliverables. Assist cadre with Lesson Plan and POI reviews, updating course curriculum, documentation, and schedules as needed. Ensures that logistical, information technology and other administrative and resource requirements are coordinated to support assigned courses; prepare and provide various reports and technical reviews to management and customer as requested; serve as a liaison with client to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems; ensure compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards; maintain all necessary documentation related to assigned tasks and projects; participate in special projects as required.

Required Skills:
MUST HAVE an existing TSC/SCI Clearance

Must have minimum six years experience in coordinating and overseeing operational aspects of on-going training projects and planning operations.

Must be able to use the following software programs to perform requirements that use office automation: Windows 2000/XP, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel

Must be knowledgeable of various automated operating systems ranging from NIPER, SIPER and JWICS

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license as well as maintaining military installation driving privileges.

Training support may involve TDY travel of up to 25% of time.

Must be willing to work overtime and irregular hours

Desired Skills:
Experience working in a HUMINT organization and/or Training Academy is highly desired.

Graduate of a DoD or U.S. Government equivalent basic instructor course.

Required Education (including Major):
Minimum undergraduate degree at an accredited institution and in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement
