SUMMARY:
A Training Specialist is responsible for a range of training activities designed to achieve a high level of client satisfaction. The Training Specialist will instruct clients on how to effectively use and apply software in title/escrow/settlement operations.

The position will also assist customers with analyzing business needs and requirements and recommending "best practices" utilizing RamQuest software. Most training sessions are conducted at the clients' site. This position requires frequent travel, up to 80%.

DUTIES:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver web-based training to new and existing clients.
  • Manage end-user training for multiple locations which include; classroom instruction, e-learning, workshops, software demonstrations.
  • Assess trainees' skill and knowledge needs, provide feedback and offer suggestions for improvement and support resources.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Organize and develop training procedure manuals, demonstration models, guides, multimedia visual aids and course materials.
  • Analyze business needs/requirements and recommend "best practices" within the suite of software.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and participate in analysis studies to determine training needs within the organization.
  • Perform assigned responsibilities relating to client training, attendance reporting, evaluations and survey responses.
  • Travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 2 years of experience in client service training. Prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus. 2 years of closing, processing, accounting and general real estate title/closing industry experience a plus.
  • Experience in delivering web-based training.
  • Familiarity with RamQuest software products preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Knowledge of Internet Explorer and using web-based applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Strong service orientation, able to effectively manage challenging, highly stressed customer situations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to speak confidently in a public setting with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be reliable, responsible and dependable.
  • Works with integrity and ethically to uphold organization's goals and values.
  • Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines.
