Summary:
Manage, plan, organize and implement training and development and ongoing execution to ensure that Telerx and client goals are met and operational excellence is achieved. Serve as a strategic partner to leaders and team members within Telerx and within client organizations in support of training and development solutions that meet organizational goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 Liaise with subject matter experts, leadership and vendors, both within Telerx and client organizations as the centralized point of training development and deployment.
 Deliver training programs on a routine and as needed basis.
 Conduct follow-up assessment to evaluate and measure results of training programs/materials.
 Partner with Telerx and client leadership, senior leaders of Learning Solutions and Professional Development to assess training/development needs and the design/delivery of applicable learning solutions.
 Partner with Human Resources, Telerx leadership and leaders of LSPD to address individual and team development opportunities.
 Coordinate Training schedule.
 Maintain Training Resource Center.
 Network in the business community as well as within the Training profession to ensure the organization remains on the cutting edge of training and development.
 The Corporate Training Specialist in Learning Solutions and Professional Development will provide strategic leadership and partner with multiple levels of the organization to develop and deploy learning solution and organizational effectiveness solutions.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. This job has no direct reports.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Training and Development or a Business-related discipline is required and/or five to seven years Training and Development Experience in assessment, design, execution, training results measurement. Multi-learning solutions delivery experience (E-learning, Web-based, Computer-based Training). Strong presentation skills with the ability to facilitate successful learning for individuals or groups. Contact Center, as well as, project management, or organizational effectiveness experience.

Computer/Technical Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint. Experience with CRM products is preferred.

Additional Job Specifications:
Experience in Workplace Learning & Consultative Analysis is a plus.
Documented experience in course facilitation at Senior Management Level to entry level management is a plus.
Working knowledge of instructional design is a plus.
Experience with the A.D.D.I.E design methodology is a plus
