Oversee and supervise training activity for multiple programs (and potentially multiple centers where only 1 or 2 trainers exist), supervising daily activities associated with the training and development of Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) and Trainers within company guidelines and exceeds client expectations. Act as the center level training department interface for clients and center management on a daily basis.
