Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist for our San Francisco office. The T&D Specialist will report to the Director, Human Resources, and will deliver training and development programs that increase the capabilities and engagement of employees and managers. The T&D Specialist will have excellent project / program management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key areas of responsibility for employee development will include:
· Management and Leadership Training
· Performance Management
· Succession Planning
· Talent Development
· Mentor Program
· Analytics and Talent Metrics
Responsibilities: · Build and maintain strong relationships with HR colleagues and client groups in order to evaluate and define the development needs for different parts of the business and align development activities with broader business objectives
· Identify and prioritize development needs of specific employee segments and recommend training and / or development solutions
· Manage training and development initiatives around a cycle of needs analysis, design, project management and logistics, delivery and evaluation
· Recommend and conduct updates to existing training material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery
· Drive the creation of new training programs with support from client groups and subject-matter experts
· Select and manage external vendors
· Manage training reporting and analysis
Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Education
· 3-5 years of corporate training experience with experience in leadership and organizational development preferred
· Proven track record in the design and delivery of high impact training programs with specific experience in delivering management skills training to first line and middle managers
· Proficient knowledge of organizational design / development, organizational dynamics, change management, management and leadership skills development
· Strong consultation skills and ability to manage client relationships and influence without authority
· Ability to work independently and manage projects from inception to implementation
· Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
