The Transcriptionist will sit with the physician during
the office encounter with the patient and will transcribe the results of the
visit into the EMR.
Documents all relevant visit information during
the patient's examination by the physician, which includes the physical exam
and a review of their current problem.
Creates a progress note, which will be reviewed
and approved by the physician.
Documents during patient encounter, which will
be directly supervised by the physician during the encounter.
Records the observations presented and given by
Assists in research related activities, when
Logs into the EMR and opens the patient
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Previous related experience with strong
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
Highly Desired Requirements
Previous experience working in an ENT practice.
