Under the supervision of the director of operations provides support for transfer credit-related business processes. Reviews, streamlines, and supports the transfer process for inter-campus transfer students; consults with stakeholders on all IU campuses; contributes to the cross-modular knowledge of the functional business process to insure data and process integrity; analyzes business processes and data integrity; and develops proposed solutions. Prepares documentation; insures compliance with federal and university policies; and evaluates current tools and processes for streamlining the transfer credit and articulation process.

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field and two years of related experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience related to the duties of the position will be considered.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving aptitudes; strong oral presentation and written communications skills; and knowledge and successful experience in database architecture and information retrieval technology and methodology.
