Answer Transportation related calls/inquires
Track and enter AAU vehicle statistics (mileage, passenger count)
Monitor completion of driver’s required paperwork
Maintain daily department spreadsheets as assigned
High volume of data entry and filing of transportation records
Reconcile gas receipts and monitor and report parking tickets
Assist transportation scheduler, supervisors, and managers with administrative duties as needed
2+ years Administrative experience required; Experience supporting in transportation or construction field preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills required
Must have experience problem solving and handling complaint issues
Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
