*Maintains flexible, feasible and efficient transportation shcedules for all vehicles.
*Coordinates daily schedules to assure efficient transporting children/families to various appointment from varied locations statewide.
*Maintains open line of communication with transportation and office staff, including social worker or family support worker.
*Effectively resolves scheduling conflicts.
*Monitors agency car utilization.
*Familiar with atlas and map usage to assure best use of resources.
*Verifies necessary transportation and move forms are complete.
*Monitors transports to ensure client transports were timely and accurate.
*Provides on-call list for 24 hour coverage and for any crisis intervention.
*Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
*Implements SFCS policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent SFCS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.
*Ensures clients' rights are protected.
*Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
