Summary: Responsible for dispatch and logistics of anhydrous ammonia, liquid and dry fertilizer products in a specific geographic area of operations. This individual is the primary contact for customers, TEX drivers and outside carriers. Responsible but not limited to the following duties:

- Assists customers in scheduling delivery of fertilizer.
- Establishes trucking freight rates, manages load information and dispatches carriers.
- Communicates with Procurement and Territory Manager(s) regarding freight needs.
- Responsible for revenue of company-owned trailers.
- Manages an orderly system for transportation and distribution, and organizes and schedules individual tasks.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience - Minimum of two years of college or 4 years qualified experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. One year experience with computer and office procedures. Customer Relations and people management background a plus.
Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents and information, general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, supervisors, and other employees of the organization; Speaks clearly and listens to get clarification;
Mathematical Skills - Ability to apply concepts of basic math and algebra and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic computer software understanding for accurate data entry and reporting; Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Tee Gap, and Fert Sys programs.
Other Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications - Accurate keyboard operator. Strong and effective communication and organizational skills are essential. Must be able to multitask with several projects occurring at the same time.
