Wiley College seeks a qualified professional to join its team as a Transportation Coordinator. The position will assist in efficient functioning of shuttle service; analyze travel requests to determine charge back to departments; maintain consistent daily shuttle driving schedule; schedule vehicles for out-of-town travel; and maintain record of vehicle maintenance reports.
The successful candidate will have at least a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of three years of office work required and retail sales experience preferred; proficient in the use of various word processing programs and spreadsheet applications; able to comfortably lift and maneuver parcels that weigh a minimum of 25 pounds; and must have an active driver’s license, and acceptable driving record.
