The role supports member sales and service on multiple
levels, by handling incoming calls and/or emails related
to commodity travel products (air, car & hotel inquiries
& reservations). This role utilizes relationship-selling
to aid members and clients in maximizing Membership and
Travel benefits. This role has grown from a general
information and support role to much more sales and
service for mid-range Travel Services and certain member
by providing Air, Car, Rail & Hotel reservations.
- Serve members/clients on the telephone or by email
vendor products is required. (25%)
- A concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred
(25%) Operates and is familiar with applicable
- Book and counsel members on domestic hotels and cars
automated airline reservation and ticketing system.

Ability to respond to customer inquiries and interact
with individuals at a level normally acquired through
the completion of a high school degree or equivalent and
1 year previous sales and/or customer service
Effective written and oral skills to enable accurate
completion of paperwork. Proficiency with computer
software programs and internet access.
Ability to work overtime and/or holidays necessitated by
business and/or weather conditions.
