Job responsibilities will be divided between (a) stock plan administration and (b) cash management, reporting to Manager of Treasury Finance.
Stock plan administration:
Primary responsibility for analyzing all daily reconciliation reports and taking action to correct data, working with our internal systems and our plan's record keeper. Provide employee assistance and communication. Work with Treasury Manager on annual on-cycle award processing, RSU vesting, plan rule maintenance, and grant documents. Develop a working knowledge of all plan rules, international tax treatments, and stock based transactions. Process off-cycle/new hire equity awards and work with corporate accounting and international finance groups to ensure that all reconciliations and various reports have been prepared.
Daily support for cash and currency exposure management functions: assist with daily cash positioning and weekly foreign exchange trading. Back up to Cash Manager in these functions. Gatekeeper for wire transfer activity and back office function for investment and foreign exchange activity. Assist with monthly/quarterly accounting close and audit requests. Other responsibilities include performing general ledger account analysis and monthly bank account fee analysis; maintaining ERP system foreign exchange rate table and treasury workstation transactions. Assist with implementation of new Treasury workstation.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant Treasury/banking experience required. Accounting knowledge needed.
Must be self-motivated, analytical and able to work under time constraints with varying priorities and using established procedures.
Proficient Excel skills necessary.
MBA/MFA or CCM/CTP beneficial, but not required. Experience with treasury workstation and ERP accounting systems helpful.
