As a working manager, this position will champion a team oriented approach to consistent, standardized, and high quality implementation and delivery of Treasury Management Products and Services (Business Online Banking, ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Lockbox Box, Sweeps, Business Mobile, and Information Reporting) across the Bremer organization. This position will work to incorporate an organizational wide perspective and a collaborative approach to how Bremer delivers Treasury Management. Position will be responsible for providing input into the cost and revenue impacts of new products, systems, processes, and products and proposed non standard solutions to the governance team. This position will serve as a change agent for how Bremer delivers the Treasury Management client experience.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and measuring Bremer process and procedures for set up, support and training of business clients using Treasury Management services in a consistent method across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a team of highly skilled and trained remotely managed Implementation Specialists who will be located at designated regional hubs. This role must be able to analyze and articulate implementation and support performance across the organization. This role is required to have technical knowledge of Treasury Management products and services with the ability to provide technical support for business clients related to new equipment, file upload/download issues (Quickbooks and Quicken), testing of files (Positive Pay), troubleshooting Business Online Banking and operating systems, Quickbooks & Quicken and RDC.

The manager and their Implementation team will be a source for testing new releases and new functionality and serve as technical experts along with developing and delivering training on Treasury Management products for both internal and external clients. This position will be required to travel throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma and at least five years of related banking or treasury management support experience with at least three years of leadership experience; bachelors degree in business preferred. A Certified Treasury Professional certification (CTP) is desired and/or the completion of the CTP certification within the first 18 months in the position. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate ability to: interact constructively and effectively with all constituencies and work collaboratively toward common goals; accept and implement changes with processes, people and circumstances exhibiting a positive approach to each situation; analyze complex data and draw valid conclusions; identify potential issues and proactively handle complex issues involving several concrete variables applied in unique situations; interpret and carry out objectives furnished in written or oral form and demonstrate commitment to act within industry standards; utilize high levels of independent decision making towards the solution of complex issues; and communicate effectively with business clients and all levels of employees in order to build and maintain positive relationships.
