This position is responsible for the monitoring, management and development of various treasury management and deposit products. As a product manager, duties include planning, organizing and controlling assigned products from conceptual stages through the products’ life cycle. As a project manager, this position is responsible for assuring that assigned projects are developed and implemented in accordance with bank policy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Daily manage day-to-day activities associated with assigned projects.
-Daily conduct/coordinate efforts to support assigned projects, including market research, customer communication, legal/regulatory research, pricing philosophy, product roll-outs or enhancements.
-Daily demonstrate thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and products and services that are included and support the treasury management and operations product lines.
-Daily, collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, and data processing to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
-Daily identify customer needs, recommend improvements/new features, generate business requirement documents, cost/benefit analysis and work with project teams and vendors to deliver enhancements and new features to address identified gaps in existing products and services.
-As needed, prepare product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.
-As needed, serve as a technical Treasury Management sales resource and participate in key sales and training situations for products.
-Monthly, collect and prepare financial, schedule, and sales information for products.
-As needed, create or assist others in writing and maintaining user documentation, instructions and procedures.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE –

-Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 5 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
