The Telephonic Enrollment Representative will provide excellent customer service in order to ensure one call resolution for all Medicare applicants attempting to enroll via phone within an inbound telephonic enrollment center. Essential functions include: taking inbound telephonic enrollment phone calls, interacting with Medicare applicants via phone to address the needs of pre-qualified customers, assisting applicants with enrollment inquiries and providing applicants with enrollment process time. Will also respond to internal emails from management within two hours, update applicant file in database with required information and act as the administrative back up, as needed, to include: kit fulfillment, data entry, etc.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, listening and resolving skills and exceptional time management skills. Must adherence to the work schedule and be dependable. Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly performance goal on a consistent basis, excellent computer and navigational skills. Bilingual in Spanish, previous call center and health care benefits experience a plus. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
