People within Application Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. As part of our Application Outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software

Our AO resources can expect to:
Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.

General Overall Responsibilities

  • Act as part of a team analyzing approximately 100 inbound issue\defect tickets per month across 8 Express Scripts applications
  • Triage Specialist will review each inbound ticket, working with reporting users as needed, to determine if a code fix is required within team SLA
  • If code fix required, Triage Specialist will assign to developer queue for root cause analysis and resolution
  • Triage Specialist will communicate analysis status back to reporting user
  • Triage Specialist will contribute to team level status reporting
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience designing and leading system implementation test efforts

Minimum 3 years of experience in the software development lifecycle

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of 8+ people

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skill Requirements

Experience in a health care payer or Medicaid program

Medical background or experience

Strong wtitten and verbal communication skills

Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
