Provide support to Realty Director with Appraisal and LTRO programs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
  • Responsible for file maintenance to include title review, verification, copying, scanning
  • Develop and maintain an effective records management system and database
  • Maintain established files in accordance with the office file plan so materials may be easily retrieved
  • Responsible for assuring files, back-up documentation and other associated materials are readily available and in good order for auditors and other reviews
  • Consolidate, attach and/or cross references materials so that relevant information is readily available
  • Periodic review of property files for outdated information to ensure files contain current information
  • Travel between Tribal Administration and LTRO regularly
