Under the direction of the Director of Family Services, the Tribal Social Worker will provide direct services to Tribal members that include, but are not limited to acting as a liaison for the family with the Child Protective Service and the Courts; meeting with Tribal members to assess their needs and help in resolving immediate and long-term issues such as child abuse, neglect, substance abuse, domestic violence, and parenting, by providing information about/referrals to community resources. Assist Tribal members in accessing those services. Provide prevention, intervention, and family reunification services.
Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or similar discipline. Must be license eligible.
Minimum 2 years experience in direct case management, providing social services or in case management services in clinical or other human services setting.
All applicants are required to complete the pre-screen Background Clearance/Finger Printing and Drug Testing
A current California Drivers License

Must be able to travel 50% of the time in and out of the San Jacinto, CA area.
Possession of First Aid/CPR Certifications
