Mission
  • Become an amazing Trust and Safety advocate for our Community
  • Be the escalation point for Support
  • Go-to person for immediate actions and investigation
  • Identify potential situations, mediate, and diffuse
  • Proactively reach out to community
  • Support and and be the voice of Lyft to our amazing Community
Your Skills :
  • 3+ years experience in Trust, Safety, Customer Care, Support or Risk/Fraud
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Empathetic and sensitive to our community while serving as the task master
  • People describe you as grace under pressure
  • Self-motivated and ready to go at a moment's notice
  • A great listener and outstanding with documentation
  • Ability to make sound decisions and stand by them
  • Operate with high standards and ethics
  • A protector of the customer and an advocate for safety
  • Proven ability to operate in gray areas: adaptable and agile
  • Experience in Social Media, Law, and Insurance Industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and writing skills
