We’re currently looking for a UI Internet Developer. Others might call this a website developer or a content management analyst; we want to call you part of our team.

You’ll be responsible for mastering our products and demonstrating that mastery by implementing solutions that benefit both our clients and us. You’ll work throughout the implementation process to understand our clients unique business needs and implement optimal business solutions that address them. You will play a critical support role throughout the implementation process in evangelizing our product solutions.

You’ll be the one we go to when we want to create or enhance our best of breed websites and customer-facing solutions. You will provide input to our product team on the feedback you receive from our clients throughout the implementation process. We will use these answers to help us shape our products so that we continue to provide our clients world class solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform client-specific website branding using TSYS’s proprietary tools. This requires a working knowledge of web technologies including HTML/CSS, experience with various web browsers, and a solid understanding of the SDLC.

Analyze and understand client-specific style guides and implement websites in conformance with the guidelines

Participate in web design sessions with TSYS Marketing and client-facing teams to guide them on TSYS website implementation best practices. This requires in-depth knowledge of the TSYS proprietary branding tool and its capabilities

Act as a subject matter expert to the client-facing teams for website implementations. Assist in gathering brand-related requirements from the clients including custom images (placement options, size, acceptable formats), color schemes and fonts for various sections of the website, custom error and email messaging, and any non-English language requirements. Perform the implementation in accordance with TSYS standards, client-specific style guide, and project requirements.

Perform configuration management duties to ensure the proper versions of the website are promoted to various environments. Perform content promotion activities in QA, UAT, and Production environments.

Troubleshoot website issues in QA, UAT, and Production utilizing Linux log files, server utilities, and database SQL queries

Analyze requirements and implement high-quality solutions satisfying our clients’ business needs

Design, implement, and unit test high-quality solutions for our clients

Assist in researching and documenting high-quality solutions for our clients

Strive to become a product subject matter expert through formal training, OJT, and self directed studies.

Continuously strive to learn about industry trends and regulations associated with the Prepaid and/or Loyalty industry.

Learn language and terminology differences and establish rapport and confidence with our clients, vendors and internal TSYS departments.

Candidate must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to discuss business requirements and articulate complex technical concepts is an absolute necessity.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Four year college degree with a technical background and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or 2 or more years specialized training or professional experience.
