This position is responsible for designing graphical artifacts and user interfaces for a variety of enterprise applications, such as internal business applications and external customer facing web-based applications. This role will also have an overall role in improving USABILITY of enterprise applications.

Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's or Maters degree in Human Factors, computer science or related field required

Experience
  • 2+ years of design experience

Knowledge
  • Fluency with the Adobe stack of technologies and other design tools

Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of user interaction design skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to communication design rationale and build consensus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
  • Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
