We’re changing the way payers (private and public) process healthcare claims by ensuring they are high quality and complete in order to reduce the estimated $750 billion in waste and fraud within the healthcare system. To help with this, we are building the initial team of User Experience Designers to work out of our new San Francisco location. You have a unique opportunity to enhance our existing products to a new level, while contributing to the development our new platforms from the ground up.
Why you’ll want to join
Contribute to the product development process from architecture and design through testing and release to ensure high usability products and visually appealing graphic design. You will work closely with product manager, development leads, key stakeholders and end users. Leverage your ability to communicate effectively and listening skills to study end user needs and understand their needs and issues related to the product. You will design concepts for buildable solutions, and create prototypes as needed and validate your solutions with users. You will use your keen attention to detail and great documentation skills to provide detailed information architecture and interaction specifications to engineering and support development to ensure what you designed is built.
