Provides quality care to patients undergoing ultrasound procedures. Demonstrates full knowledge of ultrasound procedures and equipment. This position serves the following patient age categories: neonatal, pediatrics, adolescents, adult, and geriatric.
Relationship Based Model of Care

MAJOR WORK ACTIVITIES:
1. Completes procedures following approved procedure protocols.
2. Completes required documentation.
3. Transports patients to/from department.
4. Provides instruction and guidance for staff and students
Must possess full and complete knowledge of diagnostic radiology procedures, including related anatomy, physiology, and clinical positioning skills.
Must possess full verbal and visual communication skills and ability to evaluate and appropriately respond to verbal and non-verbal communication from patients in diverse stages of development, i.e. neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Must have full use of upper and lower extremities.
Must be able to respond to multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
