• Under limited supervision, assist underwriters by performing various service responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
- meet deadlines and service level agreements
- review information for completeness and accuracy
- request additional information required to handle an account
- perform necessary system transactions
- meet productivity and quality goals/expectations
- work independently to make sound business decisions
- identify improvement opportunities
- communicate effectively with underwriting team
• Excellent PC Skills – knowledge of Excel and Word
• 3 – 5 years Insurance Experience
• Successful completion of a college level curriculum or the equivalent related business experience is desired
• Detail oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized, focused, and has a structured system to meet deadlines
• Resourceful, able to see things through to resolution
• Strong Math skills
• Self-starter & ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Understanding of basic Insurance terminology
• Dependable
