- Prepare pre-bind underwriting documentation and enter general information into the underwriting documentation forms and quote proposals
- Screen transactions to determine proper processing
- Refer transactions to underwriters that require their approval, complete transactions directly if within delegated authority limits.
- Review and approve transactions (quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements and/or cancellations) processed by Operations processors
- Review renewals and provide appropriate instructions and legal notice wording to the Operation processors with final approval by the underwriter
- Communicate as needed with Operations Management, Underwriting Management, Underwriters, Accounting, Premium Audit, Loss Control and Reinsurance to answer policy questions and resolve issues
- Communicate with producers, as needed, to obtain information in order to review, approve and/or verify the transactions within their authority

- 3+ years in a multi-line Operations Processing

- Exceptional knowledge of ISO commercial lines policy rating and issuing for all transaction types in corporate systems

- Extensive knowledge of the corporate rating, booking and issuance systems

- Exceptional knowledge of ISO and company filings to ensure proper rule, rate and form compliance

- Exceptional attention to detail
- High school graduate, college preferred
- Solid computer skills including Word, Excel: E-mail & Internet Based Technology
- Solid verbal and written communication, as well as, math skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
