Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and four years of related Business experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. The university offers market competitive salary and benefits. Grade EF.
Position will be responsible to direct and manage the financial and business operation for the Physical Plant department. Including but not limited to budget preparation and transactions, oversee personnel transactions, prepare required unit reports involving data gathering, compilation and analysis, interview, hire, train and direct clerical support staff and determine response, distribution and assignments of incoming correspondence. Must be able to multi-task. Knowledge of Peoplesoft System is helpful. Finalists will be invited to participate in a relevant job sampling exercise as part of on-campus visits.
