Master's degree in Business or related field and five years of related Business experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. The university offers market competitive salary and benefits. Grade EG.
Master of Business Administration or related business/accounting graduate level degree, with a minimum of 15 years experience. Additional experience with management of financial and business administration in the University setting. University of Louisville UBT training preferred. Knowledge of emergency medicine preferred.
Position will directly support the Chairman of Emergency Medicine. Will direct, plan, coordinate, advise and supervise the operations and activities related to the mission of the department. Position will manage and administer the finances and business services of the Department's academic and clinical financial components. Preparation, analysis, budgeting, purchasing, and financial oversight for the department is required. Position will oversee billing and ensure compliance for reimbursement. Will analyze and provide reporting as requested. Manage staff and hiring.
