ARAMARK is currently seeking to hire a Unit Controller for it's client operations in Cleveland, OH. The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Plans, directs, and organizes the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of financial information.
Prepares and analyzes Balance Sheet and Income Statement to develop forecast strategies. Investigation of variances to plan and projections. Prepares and reports operating metrics.
Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operating information and ensures the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports and internal control requirements.
Prepares support on major projects by gathering and analyzing detailed information.
Works with front line managers to develop knowledge and accountability for department financial information.
Responsible for developing spreadsheets, schedules and other supporting documentation for accurate reporting.
Partners with FLM's & RDM to prepare the annual operating budget for ARAMARK & client
Assures that all company, corporate and normal business and ethical standards are closely adhered to and correct any deviations encountered.
Works with Corporate accounting to ensure financial reporting integrity. Ensures that all accounts have fully complied with monthly financial reporting standards.
Maintains established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment. Complies with all OSHA regulations and other local, state and federal government regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
Requires several years experience in budgeting, financial control, and forecasting.
Supervisory experience and managerial responsibilities, particularly in the contract-managed service industry, is desirable.
Proficient in Excel.
