Provides support in the coordination and supervision of programs in the area to which the job is assigned. May supervise subordinate staff, student employees and/or volunteers.
Responsible for coordination and support of the Residency Training Program for Pediatrics. Maintains all training documentation, plans rotations, and provides general support to faculty and residents. Plans and coordinates recruitment of candidates for program. Advises residents on administrative matters. Maintains budget of program, working with department administration. Secretary to the program director.
Administrative support to Department of Pediatrics as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
Interpersonal skills and organizational traits a must. Independent thinking.
