Coordinates activities of clerical personnel in the office or clinic. Analyses and organizes office operations and procedures, budgets, preparation of payrolls, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. Evaluates the work flow of front desk and makes needed changes. Follows organization’s policies and procedures. Follows procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Prepares activities reports for guidance of management. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to providers, staff, and management. Prepares employee appraisals. Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department. Will prepare organizational budget and monthly financial reports. Will hire, train, and supervise clerical staff. Minimum qualifications are an Associates Degree in Business or related field and previous supervisor experience in a medical office. Preferable qualifications a Bachelor's degree and proven leadership skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to providers, staff, and management.
