MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education: Graduate of school of professional nursing.Bachelors degree in nursing required, Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years of management experience required. Three to five (35) years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Cath Labor Cardiac Surgery Clinical experience required.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in theCommonwealthofVirginia.AHA BLSHCP required.May be required to obtain/maintain BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP based on specific work unit.Licensure and/or certification in medical or management related discipline preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrates excellent problemsolving, interpersonal, communication, team leadership, priority setting and work competency skills.Promotes a respectful, inclusive culture of service excellence.
