• Responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision of Intellectual Disability Support Coordination Services for adults and children.
• Assist with activities designed for an individual with ID in accessing needed medical, psychiatric, social, educational, vocational, residential, and other supports essential for living in the community and in developing his or her desired lifestyle.
• Ensures compliance with agency, Office of Licensing, and Medicaid standards and regulations.
• Requires an administrative and financial management capacity to meet state and federal requirements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or higher degree or RN is required with education and/or experience in a field that demonstrates the ability to perform assigned tasks. QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional) status is required.
