We are looking for a performance driven Operations Unit Manager to lead a team of Hazard Insurance Specialists in the Lender Placed department. The primary efforts of the Unit Manager is to manage the processing of clients' tasks/requests and batch cycle exceptions by ensuring that client standards are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. In addition, the Unit Manager establishes standards for effective job performance, and evaluates associates according to such standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage and optimize a diverse workforce. Coach and develop staff for improved performance. Create collaborative relationships. Generate an environment which encourages teamwork, commitment, increased productivity and superior quality. Develop plans to continuously improve service levels. Ensures unit meets and/or exceeds Clients' Service Level requirements.

Qualifications Required skills/experience:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience. Two to three years of experience managing large numbers of associates, including coaching and development of staff. A strong understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures. Ability to facilitate an engaged team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desired skills/experience:
Experience in mortgage servicing, customer service, or Hazard insurance processing. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of MS Access.
