University Recruiting Coordinator

, located in

Wichita, KS

. The purpose of this role is to fully support and assist the University Recruiter in executing the university recruiting strategy for the Cargill Animal Protein business unit’s university recruiting program. This includes applicant tracking, interview scheduling, on-campus event coordination, requisition maintenance as well as general administrative assistance.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manage all job posting and applicant tracking documentation, correspondence, and reports in Taleo applicant tracking system

  • Coordinate and support interviewing scheduling with students and business locations

  • Partner with 3rd party vendor to communicate and coordinate university recruiting and campus interviewing events and activities

  • General administrative assistance and back up support for peer recruiting coordinator

High School Diploma or GED

At least (1) one year of experience working in an administrative, customer service or coordination role

Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking ability

Demonstrated initiative and prioritization skills

Flexibility/adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and timelines often shift

Strong team player focused on assisting others as needed

Ability to work overtime hours as needed

Bachelor's Degree

University or Experienced Recruiting Coordination Experience

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System, such as Taleo
