The Global Business Services (GBS) University Recruiting Coordinator (URC) is responsible for supporting the delivery of University recruiting success throughout the organization. The URC plays a critical role in ensuring the GBS NA University Recruiting Team is hiring the best possible talent while supporting the University Recruiting Program Managers (URPM) in their university/campus/student initiatives throughout the year. The URC is expected to be proficient in event scheduling/planning/execution, travel coordination/logistics, use of various databases, reporting and tracking tools/systems, while maintaining personal organization, accountability, and professionalism. This individual will support multiple URPM's and various university/campus events as well as provide general admin support for the GBS NA University Recruiting Leader
Responsibilities:
Create candidate profiles in the Candidate Management database (CMdb).
Create interview schedules/tool kits for on and off campus interview days
Prepare candidate travel (TE'S) as required
Act as POC for candidates for travel related questions
Work with IBM event vendor to plan special university events
Develop/track student communications in terms of travel and event participation
Ensure event collateral/giveaways arrive and return from on and off campus events
Support URPM's with on and off campus activities.
Maintain accurate recruiting events calendar
Schedule and run ad hoc reports as needed
Update all required systems/tools with student information and interview results
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities via the Candidate Management Database (CMdb) and Global Opportunity Marketplace (GOM), in accordance with usability standards set by the Recruiting Team management.
Demonstrate and adhere to IBM’s commitment to the recruitment of a diverse workforce.
Qualifications:
Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Excellent task management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and support multiple URPM's effectively with limited supervision
