Reporting to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition, the University Relations and Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in MWV’s Talent Acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for building MWV’s pipeline of diverse talent through undergraduate and graduate recruitment. Y ou will execute the program strategy and provide leadership to the University Relations and Recruitment team. HOW YOU WILL IMPACT MWV
Develop and execute the University Relations and Recruitment Program strategy ensuring a unified approach that consistently yields a pipeline of high performing diverse talent Manage and develop the University Relations and Recruitment team Work closely with internal partners to align program strategy with business goals and talent acquisition objectives around diversity, workforce planning and skills acquisition Partner with business leads and HRBP’s to determine annual forecast, strategic sourcing approach and ensure recruitment needs are being met Maintain metrics and identify trends and insights to continuously improve the program Work closely with the Talent Acquisition recruitment team and business partners to increase conversions and ensure potential full-time talent is shared across businesses/functions Oversee the budget and provide guidance on business unit budgets that support university recruitment activities Establish and maintain operating policies and business-focused processes Manage the undergraduate and graduate recruitment process and deployment of resources associated with campus recruitment activity Ensure campus teams receive/have access to tools and training to successfully recruit top diverse talent Partner with the Talent Development Manager to develop and execute the recruitment plans for the Leadership Associate Program Work closely with staff, faculty, and career services at each MBA core school globally to build positive long-term relationships and to ensure MWV is able to attract top diverse talent Lead the Technical Talent recruitment efforts and communicate with key leaders on progress Work closely with the Diversity & Inclusion team to nsure alignment with diversity recruitment and MWV’s diverse external partnerships Work closely with Corporate Communications on branding and external communications Identify technology solutions to enhance the college recruiting/relationship process including relationship management tools, metrics/reporting tools, and virtual interaction tools Periodically assess the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) process for campus recruitment hires and make necessary adjustments to ensure a positive candidate experience and proper metrics are being captured Maintain appropriate level of communication with senior management (HRVP’s, LT, etc.) Expand the program globally and ensure integration of global best practices Plan and execute the Annual University Relations Forum WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
6+ years' related specific university recruitment experience or equivalent BA or BS degree in business, HR or related field Proven experience with diversity recruiting Must possess strong business acumen and the ability to develop a deep understanding of strategic business priorities, success drivers in the organization, and understanding of the business model and functional operations Ability to analyze data to manage quality, evaluate progress toward goals and makes adjustments as necessary Proven client-orientation and strong client management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to build a broad base of support among key stakeholders from across the organization Ability to achieve desired outcomes on projects, on-time and within budget Drive and initiative to go above and beyond to achieve goals, while collaborating in a team environment Integrity and commitment to high ethical standards This position requires up to 30% travel
