We are currently seeking talented Unlicensed Specialized Investment Services Representative for our Tampa, FL facility. The start date for this class is Monday, September 30, 2013 .
As a Splzd Investment Services Representative for USAA, you will have one of the most important roles in our company. In this position you'll spend approximately 90 percent of your day handling in-bound phone calls from our current members. You'll be responsible for processing simple to complex transactions while contributing to enterprise business goals through enterprise referrals and relationship building. Some sales skills are required in this position.

Base salary plus bonuses leading to greater stability than commission driven compensation plans.
Relocation assistance available (It is strongly recommended to use the 4 relocation days post-training).
Structured training (8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday for 6-8 weeks). Retention of employment is contingent upon passing certification at the end of the training.
40 or 38-hour work weekly work schedules (38 Hour Schedule: Three 10-hour days 8 hours Saturdays. Not eligible for USAA designated holiday pay. Adjusted PTO accrual rate).
Must be able to work extended hours between the times of 7:30am - 8pm, Monday - Friday & potentially every Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Schedules will involve working a 4, 4.5 or 5 day work week.
30 percent Shift Premium pay (work scheduled: >6pm, M-F & Saturdays
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent).
2 years relevant customer contact experience OR successful completion of military service OR college equivalency.
Acquisition (within 90 days) or maintenance of NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Bachelors degree.
1 year of industry experience.
Ability to work in a sales call center environment.
Proficiency with navigating through Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating environment.
