Developing a consultative sales approach to create new qualified sales opportunities
Ability to create a marketing strategy to effectively grow territory market share
Ability to drive sales through lead generation, market analysis, event promotions, and other projects
Ability to maintain prospect and customer management databases
Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
Skills & Abilities
Highly motivated and competitive

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong telephone and persuasive skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and online applications

Education and Experience
4 year degree strongly preferred in Business or Marketing
3+ years of professional sales or inside sales experience
Upstream oil and gas experience or energy strongly preferred
