Responsibilities:
1. Develop in-depth understanding of user-experience(sensing, UI) and imaging system applications requirements, identify trends and develop opportunities at the strategic consumer customers.

2. Be the system expert in sensing and imaging applications and technologies focused on consumer products with emphasis on smartphones and tablets.

3. Work closely with the applications and marketing teams in the technology, business and sales teams to position ADI as a valued partner at the strategic customers.

4. Develop product concepts based on the understanding of customers' systems, partitioning and performance needs and actively contribute to ADI

product and solution roadmaps for the consumer audio space

Qualifications

Requirements:
1. Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

2. UI technologies and Imaging/Camera expertise necessary.

3. At least 5 years of strong product applications and systems applications experience

4. Ability to identify, understand and articulate customer's requirements and drive development of application- and customer-focused value propositions in user-experience and imaging technologies for smartphones and tablets.

5. Motivated, driven and be able to effectively communicate with her/his peers in ADI and the customer

6. Experience working at or supporting a Tier1 consumer customer is highly desirable.

7. SW/Firmware experience is desirable

Travel: 25% to customers in California and to ADI sites in Limerick and Boston.

6. Experience working at or supporting a Tier1 consumer customer is highly desirable.

7.

SW/Firmware experience is desirable

Travel: 25% to customers in California and to CPT sites in Limerick and Boston.
