EcoFactor is looking for a user experience expert to join our marketing team. We believe a superior consumer journey and partner experience is paramount. This person will develop, establish and deliver every aspect of our service to insure a complete, unified solution; from an out of box experience to mobile and web applications, to backend management tools and flow, and finally customer support.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Will lead UX design on ground-breaking energy applications that will redefine the market landscape.
Proven know-how to combine creative and usability viewpoints resulting in world-class web and mobile applications as well as how these interact with hardware interfaces.
Will propel EcoFactor to be ahead of the curve in anticipating user needs; will deliver interactive applications to capture #1 market share.

Education and Experience

6-10 years of experience optimizing user engagement for a consumer brand or for a B2B2C business with various consumer touch points.
Expert in providing a compelling user experience to improve customer retention.
Experience with a user-centered design (UCD) approach
Will implement A/B testing in a very thorough and scientific manner to insure proper decisions are made.
Will work closely with product management and the creative director to develop standards for information design documentation and communication, and coordinate the dissemination of these standards to insure it is properly understood and followed throughout the company.
