Our client is currently recruiting world-class UI software engineers for their User Experience center in San Jose, Ca.
LOCATION

COMPENSATION
80-150K depending on skills and experience.
REQUIRED
Strong mobile or tablet experience
Experience in UI software development for software applications, consumer electronics, websites, and other interactive applications
Rapid prototyping and software engineering skills in HTML 5 and JavaScript, and environments such as Java, C++ or Flash, and front-end frameworks
Experience in rich media: animation, 3D, audio, and video
An innovator in the field, with game-changing ideas for the web, mobile, and TV user experience
Substantial experience developing within a user-centered design process, and a passionate commitment to understanding your users and building for their needs
Insight into interaction and visual design, a meticulous attention to design detail, and an enthusiasm for working with designers to make everything you build the best it can be
Ability to initiate strong independent research and analyses, and work with your team to evolve those insights into a compelling form for technology transfer
PREFERRED
Strong UX background
Android experience
Prototyping experience and electronics/mechanical experience for consumer electronics and various custom device platforms
Skill with non-traditional input technologies: speech, gesture, touch, augmented reality, etc.
OVERVIEW
Prototype and engineer new user interfaces and product concepts for consumer electronics
Brainstorm new product concepts, apply the development process to expose new design possibilities, establish feasibility of concepts, and wow people with great new ideas
Solve tough software engineering problems in ill-defined and unexplored domains to bring the next generation of user interfaces to reality
Drive breakthrough ideas and world-class research into product organizations
Contribute to the organization's strong drive to be on the cutting edge of technology through the generation of patentable ideas
Be able to quickly learn/adapt using diverse tools and technologies
