We ’re looking for a User Operations Associate to help us support and cultivate the growing Klout user community! We°re looking for someone who is incredibly passionate about providing an amazing experience to our users who write in and ask for help. Our goal is simple: make and keep the users of Klout happy. Here°s what you°d be responsible for: • Delivering an outstanding, personalized user support experience • Maintaining a deep understanding of our product and the front-end user experience • Helping test our products before they go out to the public • Creating clear and concise updates to our user and customer portal • Analyzing and reporting trends in our community and seek ways to improve • Lending a hand with other community-related projects Here°s what we value in a team member: • A passion for providing an amazing service experience -- both internally and externally • You stand up for what you believe in -- you°re the voice of the user • You believe that anything can be improved upon and come up with ideas to implement...and help drive them!
