Manage infrastructure platform engineering and architectural team to provide the structure and design for TriZetto's enterprise infrastructure including corporate, development and Enterprise.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Stay abreast of emerging technology and infrastructure trends, assessing possible impact or opportunity upon current and future TriZetto solutions - 20%
Oversee the translation of business requirements into technical designs to enhance TriZetto's infrastructure. Maintain standards and guidelines. - 20%
Attend, participate and/or present in, industry and TriZetto meetings, conferences and seminars as necessary - 10%
Institute and participate in architectural and infrastructure governance processes - 10%
Assume a lead role in the creation of technical standards by identifying opportunities and driving the adoption process - 30%
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws. May require interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directive work; appraising performance via the KPMS; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues. - 10 %

Education and Certifications
Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years with 10 years management related work experience. Prefer 15 years with 10 years management of related work experience.
Healthcare industry knowledge and previous managieral architecture role desired.
Expertise in Microsoft Word
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Expertise in Microsoft Outlook
Expertise in Microsoft Visio
Expertise in Windows 200x, UNIX, SAN, NAS, VMware, networking (TCP/IP), security
Good knowledge of Finance

Advanced organizational abilities
Advanced comprehension capabilities
Directs 1 or more large departments and has overall control of budgetary, objective setting, and staffing responsibility
Scope & Complexity:
Responsible for overall operational success of departments and finalizes objectives determined at the organizational unit level.
Decisions affect the success or failure of departmental or organizational initiatives
Strategic Role Responsibility:
Influences and develops strategy for their operational unit and has direct interaction and accountability to Executive Management.
Works with subordinate managers to develop and recommend objectives to senior management
