Summary

The Voice of the Customer (VoC) Analyst works with clients to provide strategic analysis on a regular basis. The VoC Analyst analyzes unstructured data using a variety of techniques (ranging from simple data aggregation to complex text-mapping), finds the story in the trends, and presents the findings to the client

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to create clear and compelling reports that drive action
  • Works closely with clients to understand VoC needs and objectives
  • Designs mockups for website recommendations to convey both conceptual analysis and quantitative findings
  • Maintains VoC project plan
  • Provides data-driven recommendations for recurring VoC reports
  • Identifies clients’ needs for future unstructured data analysis
  • Maintains strong relationships with clients

Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree is required or six or more years experience working directly with clients to provide valuable insights
  • eCommerce background required
  • Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills and must be detail oriented
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Interest in consumer behavior, ideally in combination with technology adoption
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and should be able to communicate ideas through Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
