This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising a corps of volunteer staff, who provide patient care and support roles in the hospice program. Oversight of the volunteers will include recruitment, interviewing/selecting, orientation, scheduling, record-keeping, supervision, evaluation, recognition, retention and ongoing support.

Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of two years of professional work experience that includes recruitment, training and/or supervision. Previous hospice experience is preferred. Excellent data entry skills required. Strong knowledge of PC based applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel required. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
