This position will report to the Vice President of Service Delivery Operations who leads customer facing areas for the Group Insurance (GI) Service Delivery Organization (SDO) in support of all GI product lines and market segments.

The Vice President of Employer Services Group (VP of ESG) will have direct accountability for creating a positive customer experience in the Implementation, Case Installation, and Contract areas of SDO. In addition to the direct oversight of these teams, the VP of ESG will partner with other leaders in SDO and other areas across the GI division. The VP of ESG areas of responsibility are customer facing, with extensive interactions with the Sales, Account Management, and the Customer community. Strategic vision, process improvement, and change agent characteristics are important in this role.

Major Responsibilities:
Shape and develop strategies and alignment for the Employer Services Group.

Partner with the Vice President of Service Delivery Operations on strategic business development and key organizational issues that relate to, and impact the operation.

Establish strong partnerships with Sales, Account Management, and other functional areas in SDO to ensure a positive customer experience is provided.

Optimization of customer satisfaction through a continuous learning and process improvement approach.

Develop and provide senior managers and the organization with periodic reporting on emerging issues, opportunities, and outcomes affecting the Employer Services Group.

Facilitate the sharing and education of Implementation, Case Installation, and Contract business practices across Group Insurance.

Responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of a team of Implementation, Case Installation, and Contract associates accountable for the successful on-boarding of Customers, successful set-up of system applications, and the drafting of contract agreements.
