The VP of Product Marketing owns the go-to-market strategy for all SPS products and services. Product Marketing has interaction with all departments in the SPS Division with special emphasis in assisting Product Management in developing requirements supportive of the product roadmap and then communicating product delivery both internally and externally. Directionally, where Product Management will focus on Product and Price; Product Marketing will focus on Promotion and Distribution; however there will be full collaboration across the “4 P’s”. Product Management also works closely with Marcom, Business Development, Sales and Operations facilitating product launches/upgrades, sales tool development, content messaging & collateral, and sales partner & employee training.

Ensures offerings are launched and marketed successfully
Develops Marketing and associated launch plans
Responsible for positioning and messaging
Drives market research and intelligence
Defines market segmentation and buyer personas
Develops marketing launch materials and sales tools
Manages the RFP response content and process
Manages customer success stories
Responsible for packaging
Protect company proprietary and confidential information

Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
Experience : 10+ years of payments-related industry experience in a product or marketing field, including 5+ plus years in a leadership position. Proven and sustained performance record. Preference for individuals with business software-related industry experience.
Skills & Certifications : Strong technical aptitude and strong financial planning and modeling skills. Must possess presentation, negotiations, leadership skills and the ability to influence others. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced MSOffice skills. Some travel required.
