Description: 3Pillar Global is hiring a Sales Executive who will participate in all aspects of the sales process, driving opportunities from identification to closure and managing prospect relationships, as well as lead, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals. The Sales Executive will also identify, engage, and close business at strategic accounts; drive rigorous sales execution, ensuring accurate forecasts and total transparency; identify untapped market potential then design and implement sales plans to capture it; build executive presentations, crafting the message of Sales but leveraging and adhering to corporate messaging standards; and finally, identify risk factors for customer attrition and how to maximize customer success and tenure

Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience
  • 3+ years of Sales Management and Leadership experience
  • Large Consultancy experience preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to travel throughout and beyond the DC Metro area
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the Consulting Industry
  • Commitment to teamwork, processes, and planning in order to ensure the success of the project and client objectives
  • An uncanny ability to communicate with other team members, project management and clients
  • Significant exposure to executive leadership
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts with large strategic accounts, specifically within the software services arena
  • Experience developing business plans, proposals for investment, and coverage models, with deep knowledge of how large enterprises in various industries and regions buy software
  • In-depth understanding of forecasts, and an ability to read weakness or upside from a quantitative standpoint and from an understanding of deal maturation
  • Demonstrated success selling to commercial entities and existing relationships in one or more key vertical markets
  • Able to manage a sales process to close large solution sales
  • Have a consistent track record of achievement over quota
  • Capability of operating in an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing environment
  • Proven knowledge of Software Product Development
  • Strong team building, and communication/presentation skills. Ability to work with sales teams and collaborate with the delivery organization
  • Excellent executive presence and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership
  • Creativity in developing actionable analysis and strategy
  • BA/BS required. MBA strongly preferred
