Leo Burnett is seeking VP, Strategy Director. While the product / category is challenging, it's a charismatic brand charging into the future with integrated creative work across digital, mobile, CRM/database, events, nightlife, retail and direct mail. The client works in true partnership with the agency, demanding new ideas and providing deep resources. We're talking about pioneering digital and experiential creative work, with the budgets to do it right. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience, and the knowledge, the ideas and the energy to create world-class work. Teamwork and collaboration are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities include:

- Brand and Communication Strategy Guard/Champion: Indisputable, trusted counsel to agency partners and clients on the brand essence and foundation from which all creative ideas are developed.

- Business Analyst: Catalyst for bringing clarity and sound strategic reasoning to complex business situations.

- Strategic Air Traffic Controller: Leader

of strategic contribution across cross-functional teams. Responsible for insistently infusing strategic thinking and for always keeping an eye on how multiple creative assignments impact overall brand messaging.

- Provocateur: Inspiring strategic and creative facilitator for large teams collaborating on idea development ranging across multiple channels (retail, website, DM, email, promotions, packaging, etc.)

- Research Expert: Qualitative researcher with strong skills and the ability to turn findings into actionable plans for creative idea development.
